A quiet contact desk in a sunlit American office with a landline phone and a person working at the desk

Reach the Falkeris inquiry desk

Falkeris.info exists for one job: getting your question in front of a person who can answer it. No account to create, no cart, no funnel. Call the desk line during business hours, or send a short inquiry and we reply by email.

Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. ET
Sunday & federal holidays Closed — voicemail answered next business day

If your question is time-sensitive, calling is still the shortest path. Our desk line is staffed during business hours, and it rings at the desk rather than a call queue — a person picks up. On a phone, the number above is a click-to-call link, so a tap starts the dialer without any copy-and-paste.

Outside business hours you reach voicemail. Leave your name, a number, and a one-line summary of the question, and the desk calls back on the next business day. We do not offer 24-hour phone coverage, and we would rather say so plainly than let your call ring into nothing.

A short form that asks only what we need

Send your inquiry

Name, email address, an optional phone number for a call back, and your message. That is the whole list. Every field carries a visible label above it — not placeholder text that disappears once you start typing.

  • A confirmation email lands the moment you submit.
  • Replies arrive from a desk mailbox that accepts attachments.
  • Errors appear beside the exact field that needs fixing.

Most visitors finish the form in under two minutes.

If the form blocks you for any reason, call the desk at +1 312-508-3887, or read the note on Accessibility and Form Help.

Inquiry form

Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

Your reply comes to this address. Check the spam folder if the desk seems quiet.

Include the best hours to reach you, and the desk will call inside them.

Submitting sends your question to the desk inbox. We use your details to answer the inquiry, nothing else.

Your inquiry is routed to a person who can answer it.

Not into a ticket wall, and not into a sales queue. The desk reads your message, assigns the right subject owner, and writes back. Everything below explains what that looks like, in order.

Read what happens after you submit

What happens after you press send

Your inquiry is logged and routed to the desk inbox, where a team member reads it and assigns it to whoever handles that subject. You get an email confirmation immediately, and a written reply typically follows within one business day.

Complex questions that need input from more than one person can take two business days. If that happens, you get a short holding note so you are not left guessing. The full sequence lives on the What Happens After You Submit page.

Replies arrive from a desk mailbox that accepts attachments, so you can send a screenshot, a document, or a photo along with your question. Keep total attachments under 10 MB per email; larger files are better shared as a link. If you replied to our email and heard nothing within two business days, resend with "follow-up" in the subject line. Replies sometimes land in spam folders, so check there before assuming the desk went quiet.

Response times in plain numbers

Typically within 1 business day
After-hours phone message
Returned the next business day

These are working targets, not promises. Holiday weeks can push them by a day. If your matter is urgent, call during business hours and say so — the desk triages same-day calls first.

Hours, time zone, and holidays

Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET, with Saturday coverage from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ET. The desk is closed on Sundays and U.S. federal holidays, and inquiries sent on those days are answered on the next business day.

Writing from outside the Eastern Time zone? The confirmation email includes your submission timestamp, so you can convert it against your own clock before you start wondering where the reply went.

We do not offer 24-hour phone coverage. Saying that plainly is better than letting your call ring out unanswered with no explanation.

If your question is about a document you already sent, mention the date you sent it. The desk can look up prior inquiries by email address, so you do not need to repeat your whole history.

One desk, two channels

Phone and form feed the same inbox and the same team. Pick whichever suits the question — or send the form and ask for a call back inside your message.

Calling

Faster clarification

Calling does not get you a faster decision than writing; it gets you a faster clarification. Useful on a back-and-forth question where a written answer would take three exchanges to land.

Have your question in one sentence, the email address you want the reply sent to, and any reference from earlier correspondence. A useful call is a short call.

Writing

A record you can keep

Writing does not get you a lower priority; it gets you a written record, a timestamp, and room to attach a screenshot or document. Better for anything you may need to reference later.

Send the short inquiry above, or read the channel-by-channel walkthrough on How to Reach Us.

Accessibility is built into the form

The inquiry form works with a keyboard alone and with screen readers. Labels are coded so assistive technology announces the field name, and error text is announced when validation fails.

Light card styling and strong contrast keep labels, borders, and error text readable rather than faint. If something in the form blocks you anyway, the Accessibility and Form Help page explains workarounds, including calling the desk instead.

You do not need to fill in the optional phone field to get an answer. Name, email, and message are enough, and a written reply comes back to the address you typed.

Questions answered before you write

Four things visitors ask most about the form and the reply. More answers live on the Frequently Asked Questions page.

How quickly will I hear back?

Written inquiries typically receive a reply within one business day, and phone messages left after hours are returned the next business day. Requests that need a second team member can take up to two business days.

Is the phone number clickable on mobile?

Yes. On a phone, tapping the number starts a call directly, with no copying or dialing by hand. The number appears at the top of this page and again beside the form.

Do I have to fill in every field?

Name, email, and your message are required. The phone number field is optional and only needed if you want a call back.

What if the form shows an error?

An error message appears beside the specific field that needs attention and explains what to change. Correct that field and submit again; nothing you already typed is lost.
