Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data falkeris.info collects when you use the inquiry form or call the desk, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and how you can ask about your data. The site is operated by Falkeris. It applies to visitors using the site and its contact channels.

Data questions follow the same route as any other inquiry: call the number above or send a note with your request, and the desk will point you to the record in question.

Every inquiry is read by a person at this desk. Records stay tied to the conversation you started.

What is collected

The site asks for as little as it can while still letting the desk answer you properly. Nothing here is required for browsing — the details below apply when you choose to make contact.

  • Inquiry form Your name, email address, an optional phone number, and the text of your message. The date and time of the submission are recorded alongside them so the desk knows when you wrote.
  • Phone calls When you call the desk, the team may note your name, your number, and the subject of the call so the conversation can be continued if you ring back.
  • Not collected No payment details are collected on this site, and no account is required to use the inquiry form or to call. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to cancel.

If a field is optional, it is labelled that way in the form itself. Leaving it blank does not stop your inquiry from reaching the desk.

Why it is collected

Your details are used to read your inquiry, route it internally to whoever can answer, and reply to you. The same record is kept so the exchange still makes sense if you follow up weeks later and the original message has slipped out of memory.

The desk does not use your details for marketing, and submitting the form does not add you to a mailing list. The confirmation email you receive is transactional — it is sent only because you submitted an inquiry, and it exists so you have a copy of what you sent.

Used for

Reading your message, routing it to the right person, and replying to you.

Not used for

Marketing lists, advertising audiences, or resale to anyone else.

How long it is kept

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to answer your question, and a little beyond that so a follow-up does not arrive into a blank file. After that window they are deleted, or archived in a form that no longer identifies you — names, email addresses, and phone numbers are stripped out before anything is kept for reference.

If you would like your inquiry record removed once it is resolved, you may request that using the contact details on this page. The desk will confirm what was removed and when.

Retention at a glance

While the inquiry is open
The full message, your name, email, optional phone number, and submission time stay on file so the reply can be written with context.
After it is resolved
The record is deleted or reduced to a non-identifying summary used only to understand what people ask the desk about.
If you ask sooner
A removal request shortens that window. Contact the desk and state which inquiry you mean.

Sharing

Your data is not sold, and it is not shared with advertisers. Access is deliberately narrow.

  • The desk team

A small number of people read inquiries so that someone is always able to answer. They see only what they need to reply.

  • Site hosting

The provider that keeps the site online stores submitted messages on the desk's behalf while they are waiting to be read.

  • Confirmation email

The service that delivers the transactional confirmation to your inbox processes your address for that single purpose.

  • Legal obligation

Where the law requires disclosure, data may be disclosed to the extent required. Nothing beyond that scope is handed over.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site may use cookies or similar technologies for basic operation and to remember your preferences, such as a setting you chose on a previous visit. Details of which cookies are used and why are set out in the Cookie Policy.

Where consent is required, you are asked before non-essential cookies are set. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time, and you can also adjust or clear cookies from your browser settings — the site continues to work either way.

Essential cookies keep the form working and the page loading. Anything beyond that is optional and only set with your consent.

Your choices and how to contact us

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you submitted through the form. Where applicable law gives you additional rights, those rights are respected.

Send a data request

Tell the desk whether you want your record corrected or removed, and which inquiry you mean. A reply confirms what was done.

The form is used only to handle this request. Nothing submitted here is added to a mailing list.

How the desk handles a data request

Calls and written requests are treated the same way. Someone searches the inquiry records for your name or address, checks what is held, and replies with the outcome — a copy, a correction, or confirmation that the record was removed. If the desk cannot match your request to a record, it will say so rather than guess.

For everything that happens around a normal inquiry — reading, routing, replying — see What Happens After You Submit.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in how the site operates or in applicable law. The current version is the one published on this page, and any material change will be reflected here so you can review it before continuing to use the form or the phone line.

If a change affects what is collected or how long it is kept, the section above is the one that will say so. Older wording is not left archived in parallel, so there is a single version in force at any time.
